We vet all of our contractors to guarantee our customers receive the most professional and qualified service available. Each of our certified contractors must carry current industry licenses, pass extensive training courses, and routinely complete ongoing courses.
HVAC CONTRACTORS
QUALIFICATIONS
All contractors on our site must hold a Master HVAC Contractor license. A contractor must complete the extensive training to become a Journeyman HVAC Mechanic, followed by at least two years of general supervision under a master HVAC contractor to hold this license.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires all technicians with access to a system or container that could potentially release ozone-depleting refrigerants into the atmosphere to hold a Section 608 Technician Certification. All of our contractors are required to have Type III certification which permits them to service and dispose of low-pressure appliances.

All plumbing contractors on our site must hold a Master Plumber Contractor license through the state. To obtain this license, plumbers must have several years of work experience including time working under a Master Plumber. To hold this license, plumbers must complete extensive training each year.
